WORK SUBMISSION SCHEDULE:

 

 

A) SUBMISSION

I - Submission of the Abstract : from July 1st to Aug. 5th of 2016.

 

II - Evaluation / Assessment : Aug. 6th to 12th  of 2016.

 

III - Accept Letters of Disclosure: Aug. 13th to 15th of 2016 .

 

Registrations will be accepted from an Abstract by the author for presentation in the form of oral communication, according to the model and standards available below. All the abstracts management of the " 2nd  International Congress - Iberia: Antiquity , Middle Age and its projections for the sixteenth century " will be through the CAEX - Extension of Stock Control System of the Universidade Federal de Alfenas through the link : https : //www.unifal-mg.edu.br/caex/index.php

 

B) MODEL

 

To submit the abstract is necessary that the main author and co-authors (if any) are previously registered in CAEX . The lead author, or at least one of the co-authors must be registered for the event (it is not necessary that the others are enrolled at the event but rather registered in the system).

The lead author (or co-author responsible for submission ) will also be responsible for monitoring the results of the evaluation abstract and correct and resubmit it in the case of approval "with corrections”. Upon submission, the lead author (or co- author responsible for submission) should involve in the abstract your own name (and the name of co-authors, if any).

The lead author’s name must be signed as “lead author” (even if the work haven’t co-authors). The register of the co-authors (if any) and the association of their names is essential for the certificate emmition of their presentation in the event.


The period for submission of abstracts is from July 1st to Aug. 5th of 2016. The evaluation of submitted abstracts will take place from Aug. 6th to 12th of 2016. During this period, as the abstracts are being evaluated, the authors (or co- author responsible for submission) may consult the result of the assessment by CAEX .

 

IMPORTANT: The submission link of abstracts will be available to the person concerned before the registration for the event . The non-payment of docket regarding the author of the registration fee (or co- author responsible for submission ) to the closing date of entries will result in the exclusion of the work of the proceedings of the event and oral presentations sessions. The work to be submitted should be developed as the model following :

ABSTRACT:

The extended abstract should be prepared with at least two and up to four pages (A4 format), top and bottom margins 2.5 cm, left 3.0 cm and right 2.5 cm, made with Times New Roman 12 pts, unnumbered, without tabbing pages and text body justified on both sides. The first line of the paragraph should be indented of 1.25 cm (do not use TAB). The entire document should be 1.5 cm spacing between rows. The references cited in the text should be listed at the end of the work, according to the ABNT. Images, figures and graphs should be inserted in the text as figures (copy, paste, figure), centered with a caption placed immediately below them, and numbered sequentially. The tables should be edited in Word itself, not exceed the margins, have title placed above them and are numbered sequentially (check the table at the end of this document). All illustrations should be cited, necessarily, at least once in the text.

REFERENCES

References should be in Times New Roman , 12pts , single-spaced , justified space. There should be no space between the references of the works. The titles of the works should be in BOLD.
